The wines

Six cuvées from four parcels of marl.

Every wine below shows its real state: in barrel, on release, down to the last cases, in the library, or allocated. The page reads the cellar book, so nothing here is a promise that is out of date.

Nothing on this page is a brand. It is what is in the cellar this week.

The library and the allocation

Two of the wines never reach the shelf. The library is opened once a year, and the Vin Jaune goes to the people on the list, in the order they wrote.

Write to the estate with the name you want the case under. Trade enquiries go through the trade page, with the sheets.

The cellar door opens Wednesday to Saturday, and the page knows when. Four ways to taste, with the places left this week.
